Module Description:  Blue Zones are areas in the world where residents live longer and happier.  Researcher Dan Buettner has spent years studying the lifestyles and habits of residents.  Purposeful living, diet, spirituality are all common themes.  But how do we operationalize these Blue Zone behaviors and attributes with Red Stop Signs; barriers that we experience every day to longevity?
