The May Quarterly Conference: Narrative Leadership, will provide individuals tools and language for the practice of narrative care within teams and in resident and participant care. The conference will begin with a brief review of Narrative Care practice and then transition into benefits of the Narrative Care as it relates to Narrative Leadership with Katie Gilstrap. The second hour will offer scenario-based insights, tools, and how-to's with Brandy Day and Regina Foster; emphasizing best practices in Narrative Leadership across the continuum of the work with residents, colleagues, and teams. Throughout the presentation there will be opportunities for participant feedback, Q & A and polls creating an engaging and interactive learning environment. Join us and share your own best practices.
