Price includes 40.0 Continuing Education credits, overnight hotel stay and meals for three retreats, poster printing for capstone project presentation.Cancellation/Refund Policy. You may cancel your registration on or before October 1, 2026 and receive a full refund. Cancellation requests should be sent to ksivey@vcu.edu. In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including change or cancellation charges to include but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
